Changebox is owned and managed by Victoria Wright, a marketing and change communications specialist with over 20 years experience in these disciplines.

Victoria has a rare blend of commercial and public sector experience –with years of experience developing and delivering successful communications strategies, plans and campaigns, she knows what works and doesn't -as a practitioner and as a consultant.

She has worked in both the private and public sector with senior roles spanning the:

  • NHS
  • British Army
  • Department for Work and Pensions
  • And as an agency Account Director servicing major clients within the leisure, b2b and retail industries. 

Victoria's approach to communications is based on simple processes, superb insight and applying practical common sense. Victoria's key attribute is in turning a complex internal challenge into a manageable, straightforward storyboard for all to understand.

How

The how begins with the time and effort we put in at the beginning of our relationship. Changebox works hard with you to work out what is needed from involving and engaging people, and produces clear objectives –that is how we start to support your change.

With objectives agreed we embark on developing a bespoke plan. This may involve;

  • Insight, segmentation or employee research
  • Reviewing past successes or existing employee engagement activity
  • Selecting channels for employee involvement

A set formula is not part of the plan. The 'how', evolves from the experience within Changebox and the development of the client relationship.

Changebox takes the internal complex challenge and turns it into a simplified, manageable process which will engage its audiences.
